Every tooth charted to the surface, every act priced.
Mark the surface, the root or the canal, then what was found or done. The chart draws it in the colour of where it stands, and each act carries its price to the invoice.

02 Clinic and lab
The clinic and its lab, signed in once.
A clinic can run Theia alone, a lab can run it for all its clinics, and a clinic with its own lab runs both behind one login.

Cases from every clinic, on one board.
Cases arrive with the shade, the scans and the prescription, move through design, milling, try-in and quality check, and leave with their invoice.
03 One crown

What happens in Theia between a patient’s first visit and the day the crown is fitted.

Booked
Reception books the visit with a doctor and a room. The WhatsApp reminder for the day before is ready on its own.

Checked in
The visit turns green when the patient arrives, and the doctor gets the notice on the phone.

Charted
The doctor marks tooth 16: root canal done, crown planned. The note can be dictated in English or Arabic.

Billed
The planned crown becomes an invoice line at its price. The patient pays now or in instalments.

At the lab
The case leaves with the shade, the scans and the prescription, and lands on the lab’s board.

The lab moves it through design, milling, try-in and quality check. The clinic sees every step.

Chart to invoice
The plan you chart is the bill you send.
Pick the charted acts, add a discount by amount or by percent, and the invoice is written with VAT. Each act keeps its own price.
X-rays
From the sensor straight into the file.
Carestream RVG, NanoPix, Woodpecker, Vatech, Sirona or any TWAIN sensor. Each exposure is filed on the patient and the tooth as you shoot.
Voice
Dictate in English or Arabic.
Say the tooth, the surfaces and the treatment. Theia fills the chart, the patient’s file and the visit note.
Patients
Bring patients back.
Recalls, unfinished treatment plans, no-shows and birthdays turn into WhatsApp messages and follow-up tasks.
Team
Attendance without a time clock.
Staff check in at a kiosk, with the branch’s QR code or from the phone at the branch. Shifts, leave and payroll follow.
Copilot
Ask about the day in plain words.
